K-1 Fiance Visas

The K-1 Visa category is intended for intended spouses or fiances of United States Citizens. This Visa permits an intended spouse of a United States Citizen to enter the United States and remain in the United States after the marriage takes place during the Adjustment of Status ("Green Card Application") period.

K-2 Child of Fiance of US Citizen Visa

Minor children of K-1 fiance visa holders can accompany the K-1 fiance visa holder to the United States.

K-3 Spouse of US Citizen Visa

The K-3 Visa category is intended for individuals who are already spouses of United States Citizens, meaning that they have already entered into a lawful marriage. This Visa permits an intended spouse of a United States Citizen to enter the United States and remain in the United States after the marriage takes place during the Adjustment of Status ("Green Card Application") period.

K-4 Child of Spouse of US Citizen Visa

The K-4 Visa category is intended for children under the age of 21 of spouses of United States Citizen who intend to enter the United States with the spouse entereing in the K-3 Visa category.
